With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, TGI Quartz and Granite is working to ensure the health and safety of our guests / customers, and our team members in accordance with all public safety guidelines. This includes instructing any TGI employee or representative – including Sales Representatives, Digital Templaters, as well as Installers – returning from regions at risk or feeling unwell, to stay at home for the recommended period. We are closely monitoring the situation and will adjust our business practices rapidly as required.
To protect the health of our customers and our team members, which is our TOP priority, we are taking some measures according to recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada..
Our receptionist may ask if you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, before she or he calls one of our Sales representatives to help you with your project
Our receptionist, our sales representatives, our digital templaters, and our installers may wear N-95 masks while assisting you, NOT because they are infected, but as a preventive measure
Our employees and our guests are strongly encouraged to practice “social distancing”, keeping at least 6 feet between them at ALL times Our employees and our guests / customers are strongly encouraged to wash their hands and /or use gel sanitizer frequently
For those customers that don’t feel comfortable coming to our showroom, we do suggest placing your orders over the phone, text, WhatsApp, or email. If our customers need to see some material (stone slabs), they can always contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.
